Provide the many who have lost their jobs with the tools to get back into the game through the creation of a specialized professionalism. When the Horeca world faces the restart, Morettino presents the 2021 calendar of the School of Coffee classes and launches “Bartender Jobs”, the Palermo roasting project created to give new job prospects to the best bartenders in Sicily and the rest of Italy.
THE BARTENDER JOBS PROJECT
Bartender Jobs is the recruiting project of the Morettino Coffee School that combines supply and demand in the Horeca sector, focusing on training and specialization. A way of giving hope to youngsters and less young people looking for work, but also an opportunity for bar, cafes and clubs owners to select, through the support of Morettino, passionate and competent staff.
Joining the project is free: just send your curriculum to [email protected]. The most interesting profiles will be asked for an interview and will be suggested to Morettino’s partners for job opportunities.
THE NEW COFFEE SCHOOL CLASSES
The spread of the authentic coffee culture has always been one of the values that guides Morettino’s work. The role of the Coffee School, founded in the 1990s with the aim of training trained and professional baristas, is renewed in this particular historical moment with a new offer of highly specialized courses, dedicated to professionals in the sector.
A concrete help for those who work in the coffee world to invest in their professionalism and face the job search with an extra gear.
In the relaunch of the Coffee School, Morettino has involved Sicilian talents who have distinguished themselves in the national landscape of cafeteria and formation. In fact, the trainers will include Giuseppe Fiorini (Trainer and Italian Latte Art Champion), Alessio Vabres (Coffee Trainer and third place “Barista of the Year” BarAwards), Andrea Panizzardi (winner of Moka Challenge Italia), Nicola Battista (Sommelier of the coffee and Brewing and Coffee Mixology trainer), as well as numerous Italian and international trainers, selected on the basis of the training program.
