Specialty Coffee La Chacra D’dago is an independent coffee farm located in the Junín region, is the only one in Peru to have received Demeter certification, the strictest standard for biodynamic production.
Organic coffee, biodynamic and Slow Food, grows at 1700 m and is harvested by hand, processed with a washed method.
