Description
In Lonya Grande, within the Utcubamba region of northern Peru, lies Finca Los Santos, a farm that has been cultivating extraordinary quality coffee for three generations.
The history of this finca dates back to 1941, carrying a precious family heritage passed down from father to son. Cultivation secrets are not the only shared legacy: the philosophy of Finca Los Santos is rooted in a deep respect for the cycles of nature and the well-being of everyone involved in the production process.
The coffee plants grow within a virtuous agroforestry system at an altitude of approximately 1800 meters, where the ideal microclimate promotes a slow ripening of the cherries, naturally enriching their aromatic complexity.
Following the manual harvesting of the cherries, the coffee undergoes a washed process followed by a double fermentation. The resulting cup offers a beautifully balanced and well-rounded taste.
Ideal for moka, pour-over, Chemex, or other filter methods capable of enhancing the incredible aromatic complexity and natural sweetness of this specialty coffee.
The 200g soft pack with a freshness-saving valve preserves the aroma and quality of the freshly roasted coffee.
A specialty coffee selected by Morettino master roasters and craft-roasted with a light roast profile to enhance its aromatic bouquet.
A high-altitude sensory journey that tells a story of tradition, sustainability, and authentic passion.
