Description

In the heart of São Paulo State, Espirito Santo do Pinhal is one of Brazil’s most renowned regions for high-quality coffee production.

Here, at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,200 meters, small and medium-scale producers formed the Coopinhal – Union Trading farm, a cooperative born from the belief that coffee could drive economic and social development for the local community.

The region’s ideal microclimate, with an average temperature of 23°C and annual rainfall of about 1,400 mm concentrated between spring and autumn, combined with nutrient-rich soils, creates perfect conditions for cultivating exceptional Red Bourbon coffee.

Each harvest is the result of careful handpicking and strict quality control, ensuring beans with a unique and distinctive aromatic profile.

In the cup, Brazil Bourbon Rojo Specialty Coffee offers a perfect balance of velvety body, natural sweetness, and a pleasant medium acidity.

Its notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and dark chocolate create a rich, lingering aroma that captures the essence of Brazilian terroir.

Lightly roasted to highlight its complexity and sweetness, this coffee is ideal for moka pot, espresso, and filter brewing methods.

Packaged in a 200g soft bag with freshness valve, ensuring long-lasting flavor and aroma.
