A tribute to the treasures of Sicily, an exclusive capsule collection that combines culture and coffee.

“I Caffè di Sicilia – Teatro Massimo” it is dedicated to the largest opera house in Italy, built at the end of the nineteenth century by the two architects who symbolize the Liberty style of Palermo: Giovan Battista and Ernesto Basile.

TEATRO MASSIMO

Jewel of Sicilian neoclassical architecture, the majestic Teatro Massimo in its almost 150 years of life has been able to be a beacon of culture not only in Sicily but throughout Europe.

On the architrave overlooking the colonnade of the theater there is the epigraph “Art renews peoples and reveals their life. Room of the scenes is the delight where you do not aim to prepare the future”, testifying  the centrality that the spread of culture and art, in all its forms, must have in our lives.

I CAFFE’ DI SICILIA

The “I Caffè di Sicilia” collection is Morettino’s homage to his land.

Each coffee is dedicated to one of the island’s treasures. A sort of Grand Tour to discover unique territories, between different flavors and stories.

Thanks to them, it is possible to make an imaginary walk through the streets of the most authentic Sicily accompanied by the scent of the blends created to recall the characteristics of the place to which they are dedicated.

FLAVORS OF THE TERRITORY

Inside each package is a special blend of freshly ground coffee, roasted by Morettino master roasters and made to recreate the traditional aromas and flavors of the city of Palermo. Coffee with a Mediterranean character, with hints of toasted almonds and citrus jam.
