Specialty Coffee from Zacarezinho, in the Brazilian region of Paranà, and cultivated by Luiz Roberto Saldanha at 800 metres.
The coffee is harvested by hand, between June and September and then between November and December and processed with a natural cold soul method, to give a sweet and balanced cup.
Notes of grapes, pineapple and white fruit.
