Honduras SHG EP represents the excellence of Honduran coffee production, a country that has firmly established itself on the world specialty coffee stage. This extraordinary result is the product of unique soil and climate conditions and, above all, the daily commitment and dedication of small local producers.

The abbreviation SHG (Strictly High Grown) certifies the high altitude at which the coffee plants grow. In these mountainous areas, cooler temperatures allow the cherries to ripen much more slowly on the plant, promoting an extraordinary development of sugars and a uniquely complex aroma profile.

Following a meticulous manual harvest, the cherries are processed using the natural method, allowing the bean to dry inside the fruit. This process enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness, giving the cup an enveloping body and a distinct fruity complexity.

The result is a coffee with a well-rounded and balanced taste.

Ideal for moka, pour-over, Chemex, or other filter methods capable of enhancing the incredible aromatic bouquet and fruity sweetness typical of natural processed coffees.
