Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Specialty Coffee comes from the heart of Sidamo, in the Yirgacheffe area—one of the most famous coffee regions in the world and a true micro-origin within Ethiopia.

The coffee grows between 1,700 and 2,200 meters above sea level, where fertile soils and ideal climatic conditions nurture the unique Heirloom varietals. Most farmers are smallholders cultivating less than five hectares, using traditional and naturally organic farming methods without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

Processed using the natural method, this coffee reveals a rich and complex aromatic profile, characterized by fruity notes of blueberry and strawberry, with subtle floral and caramel undertones. The body is creamy and smooth, while the sweet, fruity finish lingers pleasantly on the palate.

Artisanally roasted with a light roast, this coffee expresses the vibrant and delicate essence of the finest Ethiopian Arabica.
