Morettino Lab is the first true Specialty coffee shop in Palermo, a destination located in the heart of Palermo Marina Yachting where one can slowly experience the ritual of coffee, with a privileged view of the city’s ancient walls and the boats moored at Cala’s pier.

The philosophy of the “Lab” is based on four pillars: Specialty coffee, with a selection of high-altitude coffees chosen directly from the coffee’s countries of origin; food, offering simple and genuine dishes that highlight high-quality local ingredients; mixology, featuring the use of Specialty coffee in cocktail making; and the coffee experience, with pathways introducing the world of coffee and sensory pairings between coffee and other local gastronomic excellence such as wine, olive oil, and more.
