A COFFEE IN THE CENTER WITH THE MORETTINO GREEN COFFEE BIKE
Leading character of the 2021 Le Vie dei Tesori edition is the Morettino Green Coffee Bike, a eco-sustainable cafè on two wheels.
For every weekend, this October, the Morettino Green Coffee Bike will make a stop among the "treasures" of the historic center of Palermo, delighting the expectation of festival visitors with a good organic Espresso offered by Morettino.
VISITS TO THE COFFEE MUSEUM
On the 2nd and 16th of October Arturo Morettino opens the doors of the museum factory with two guided tours. A unique multi-sensory journey, a true immersion in the culture of coffee surrounded by the heady scent of roasting.
The route begins outside, in the large garden of the roasting plant where the small experimental coffee plantation stands, which this year gave birth to the native Sicilian coffee.
The visit continues with the tasting of some Morettino blends and the story of the coffee processing phases and the aerial view of the production processes, through the aerial walkway that dominates the roasting. From here you can access the Coffee Museum, which contains over a thousand tools for the processing and preparation of coffee from the 1600 to today. A leap in time in the history of this incredible product.
As every year, the demand from coffee lovers has been very high and therefore the visits are both sold out. But soon the normal calendar of the Morettino Coffee Museum will resume and it will therefore be possible to welcome all coffee lovers.
